I walk in to Safeway and this elderly lady approaches me and tells me I look just like her grandson. I was like that is nice. She goes on to say that he died recently and would I mind calling her grandma, so I said okay have a good day “grandma”.
I went on my way and was ready to check out. I was like 4 people behind this elderly lady and she yells, BYE GRANDSON! I didn’t want to embarrass her so I yelled back BYE GRANDMA! So I got up in the line. Keep in mind I am in the Express aisle with like 3 things. The lady proceeds to tell me it’s $85. I was like what???
She said “your GRANDMA” said you were paying for her stuff. I was like she is not even my grandma and the lady says “well you just said bye grandma”.
I didn’t have any cash so I asked the lady to hold my visa and said I would be right back. I ran outside and see this older lady sprinting away. I was running after her. She starts the car and is ready to pull away. Her leg was still hanging out of the car so I dove and PULLED her leg like I am pulling yours right now.
oh my god.. lol that’s a very classical scam,

seriously in that case, i’d not give a fxxx, and just pay for my stuff and walk right out of the store, it’s the cashier’s fault for being stupid.
by the way, i’m ur classmate from 2nd year EE. however, i’ll be in computer eng. in 3rd yr =)… i read your blog, and you mention you took AP computer science in high school, why dont u take computer engineering program then? its closer to compsci
